The special investigation team (SIT) PHQ component was constituted under the chairmanship of IGP(L&O-I), Manipur on 09/03/2010 in view of increasing number of crime against women and children in the state, vide DGP Manipur order No. IC/14(3)2009-PHQ/2005 dated 09/03/2010. It refers to Home Department letter No. 2/8(33)2006-H dated 05/03/2010. In this regards, SP/SIT is carrying out compile, supervision of investigation in C/W the case "Crime against Women and children" and submitted the progress report to IGP(ZONE-I),(the then IGP L&O-I), Manipur, Imphal as furnished by the concerned SsP.
