On 30/06/2012 at about 11:30 a.m.
some villagers of Sihai Khullen who had come to Phangrei
for sight seeing were assaulted by villagers of Lunghar
village numbering about 50 (fifty) using deadly weapon.
As a result of which Mr. Rawung Khangrah died at the
