No 55611 Khamjathang Paite and Hav. No 8275 H. Deven
Singh were posted at Maphou Dam in connection with
security and protection of the Dam, Official staff
labours, materials and machines etc.
On 05/03/2012, Rfn. No 6070507 Hangsing Kaikhohao of the
post deliberately and discriminately without any reason
fired to Hav. No. 8439 Th. Birbal Singh, Hav 55611
Khamjathang Paite and Hav. No 8275 H .Deven Singh and
killed all of them on the spot. Further, Rfn No. 6070507
Hangsing Kaikhohao also got bullet injury and died on
the spot FIR No. 76(6)2012 LLI P.S U/S 302/307/326 IPC &
27 Arms Act. dated 05/06/2012 was registered under
Lamlai P.S |
