On 13/01/1995 in an encounter of a Car Bomb planted by the extremists at Haobam Marak Keisam Leikai near the
house of KongkhamIboyaima Singh of Mayang Imphal Road while he and his party were patrolling duty. In the explosion he succumbed
to injury by splinters of bomb. This refers to Case FIR No. 16(1)95 of Singjamei PS U/S 302/34IPC, 25(1-B) Arms Ac, 5 Expl. Sub.
